CONCIERGE
From the moment your reservation is completed, you will be assigned to your personal Villa Host who is fluent in Spanish and English.
Your Villa Host will be able to support you with all your pre-arrival arrangements, from meal planning, special requests, and arranging transportation and activities in and out of the Villa.
Your concierge can also provide guidance on the best restaurants, boutiques, guides, and hiring of extra staff and services. We can help you coordinate your water sports, fishing, boat rentals, special events and celebrations.
KITCHEN SERVICES
The villa chef is available to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks (8:30am to 10pm) , using a suggested menu as a guide. He can accommodate special requests and dietary requirements, and is in charge of daily catering.
BUTLER
The Butler is dedicated to ensuring that every stay aspect is seamless and enjoyable. They are responsible for attending to guests' needs with personalized service, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining the villa in pristine condition. From assisting with dining arrangements and serving meals to organizing activities and ensuring your comfort, the Butler is committed to providing a luxurious and stress-free experience throughout your stay.
HOUSEKEEPING
These efficient and helpful members of our staff are here to meticulously attend to all of your accommodation needs and will ensure that the Villa is always spotless.
Laundry and dry cleaning services are also available for a fee. Laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services are outsourced, so please note that it may take a couple of days for items to be returned.
GARDENER/POOL BOY
The beautiful gardens of Villa Jade are well maintained by a gardener who also keeps the pools immaculate.
SURVEILLANCE
Villa Jade is located within a gated community with 24/7 security service.
